Two Month Cycling Training Plan for Levi’s GranFondo
Levi’s GranFondo is just 9 weeks away. I’ve been invited back again this year to ride the Medio route as a Course Marshal. I really enjoyed riding as a marshal last year and look forward to doing it again.
But I haven’t been riding my bike much lately. And I sure as hell haven’t been climbing any mountains on it either. I went to the bike shop this weekend for the 1st time in 14 months and bought some new water bottles and one of those handlebar Garmin holder things.
Here’s my training plan to get me ready for LGF. Weekday rides will be bike commuting to work. My schedule is calming down just a bit so I should be able to ride at least 2 days a week to work. Weekend rides will be full of lots of climbing!
